Español sauce is one of the five main sauces in cooking. Created in Spain in the 19th century and was promoted by Auguste Escophye. Also known as brown or roast sauce. Show off your individuality by adding a little veal stock and reduced red wine, thyme and finish with a dollop of good butter.
DOSAGE: 100 g/ 1 L
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, fats (palm tree, beef fat), starch, yeast extract, that, tomato powder, sugar, garlic, maltodextrin, flavorings, colorants (caramel, beetroot extract), spices in a changing ratio
METHOD OF PREPARATION: To 1 l warm water add 100 d dry mixture. Stir well and bring to a boil 1 minutes
