Steak connoisseurs' favorite dark sauce. The rich cream flavor and whole Madagascar green peppercorns make it an excellent garnish for beef steak. Moderately hot and aromatic.
METHOD OF PREPARATION: 180 d mixture is stirred in 1 l boiling water, shortly – until it dissolves and forms a homogeneous mixture.
COMPOSITION: cream powder (cream, skimmed milk) 31 %, modified starch, maltodextrin, dextrose, that, butter powder (slightly sour, skimmed milk), caramel powder, sugar, flavorings, spices, acid: citric acid.
ALLERGENS: milk and lactose
